[Case Study of Problem Solving for Smart Factory Construction Support] Dedicated Subsystem

Improving the speed of improvement by utilizing ICT tools! A case study of establishing the improved system within the system.

We would like to introduce a case where we solved the challenges of "dedicated subsystems" with the support of Astec in building smart factories. In addition to the core systems that govern the management of manufacturing companies, there are times when subsystems tailored to individual organizations and functions are needed for production planning, tracking production results, monitoring process progress, equipment operating status, inventory management, and design load management. Our company proposes, implements, and supports the utilization of such field-oriented subsystems while considering integration with the client's core systems. By utilizing ICT tools, we improve the speed of enhancements and link them to outcomes such as increased productivity, while also establishing the improved systems within the organization. [Case Overview] ■ Expected Effects: Solving specific issues on-site, low-cost investment ■ Main Functions and Features: Customized for each issue, field-oriented proposals *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
